We employ professional-level individual contributors in the following departments/functions: accounting, payroll, information technology (including business systems, programming, project management, computer operations, networking, and security) client services, auditing, human resources and operations (including claims, customer service, fund administration, fund accounting, pension, and government services). Hourly
Most of our hourly positions are covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The work hours vary from 35 — 40 hours/week, depending on the location. We employ hourly employees in the following departments/functions: administrative/clerical, claims (including processing, auditing, medical review, subrogation, and re-insurance), customer service, billing and eligibility (including contribution accounting and data entry), pension processing, fund bookkeeping, and office support services.
